These terms apply whenever you use llmversus.com. By visiting the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

What LLMversus is, and is not

LLMversus is an informational resource. We publish price comparisons, benchmark summaries, and editorial takes on large language model APIs. Nothing on the site is financial advice, procurement advice, or a recommendation to buy a particular model or service. You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions.

Data accuracy

Pricing data is sourced from provider pricing pages, published API docs, and OpenRouter. We update numbers on a regular cadence, but AI providers change prices, rate limits, and model availability without notice. Live data on the site may lag reality by hours, and occasionally longer. Treat LLMversus numbers as a starting point and confirm final pricing with the provider before you commit.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that comparison results, benchmarks, or calculations are free of errors, and we do not warrant uninterrupted access. You use LLMversus at your own risk.

Ownership

LLMversus owns the site, the comparison tables, the editorial writing, and the methodology behind our benchmarks. You own the queries and notes you enter into tools on the site. Republishing our comparison tables or methodology verbatim requires written permission. Short excerpts with a visible link back are fine.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at scale, do not abuse the cost calculator or recommendation API as a free proxy for your production traffic, and do not attempt to disrupt the service for other users. If you need bulk access to our pricing data, email us and we will talk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLMversus and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to costs you incur from choosing a provider based on information found here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by conversation will be settled in the courts of India.
